Description

Seeking joy sparkers and creative minds! Do your kids enjoy creating, but tired of the same old crayon and paint combos?  We will be discovering wellness via stretching and yoga followed by our art segment. 

Join us as we express ourselves through wearable art, kid decor, and wellness artwork mediums. Kiddos leave feeling connected by celebrating their joy for creation and self-expression.

Time: 3:30p-4:30p

Dates: Wednesday's November 5th, 12th, 19th, December 3rd, 10th, 17th SKIP 11/26

Booking Policy & Payments Workshops and Entertainment for Birthday Parties/Events 

We accept Venmo and major credit cards. A $300 deposit is due at the time of booking and final payment is due 14 days prior to your event date (an invoice will be sent through email with the remaining amount prior to the due date payment). All invoices must be paid in full up to 14 days prior to your event to guarantee Finan Rose Artwear attending your event. 

Workshops and classes that are missed will not be refunded unless cancelled 14 days prior to event date.

Sessions typically include art activities utilizing art supplies such as scissors, hot glue guns, small parts, heat presses, and other items that may pose a risk of personal injury if not handled carefully. Client assumes full responsibility for any risk posed by the use of art supplies. Client hereby waives, releases, and discharges Finan Rose together with its members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, legal representatives, successors and assigns, from all liability for or by reason of any damage, loss or injury to Client, which may be sustained during participation in the activities described in the workshops and classes.  Parents of children 5 and under are expected to stay with children at all times to supervise.

Finan Rose provides DIY cupcake decorating for clients.  There is no way Finan Rose can guarantee no allergens aren't present in food items provided.  If you have allergens or suspect you have them, do NOT participate in this portion of the workshop.

School Holidays/ Workshops 

We accept venmo and major credit cards. The ticket fee for the session chosen is due at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy All deposit payments are non-refundable. 

Workshops and Entertainment for Birthday Parties/Events 

If the full amount has been paid and there are more than 2 weeks before the event date, we can reschedule your event to another date suitable for you and the Finan Rose team members. We are unable to refund within the 2 weeks before your event date. The full amount will be forfeited. We hope this never has to happen. If you have accidentally put an order through, we are more than happy to refund you within 48 hours. 

Pictures and Photo Policy

Pictures of the event will be taken and used for promotional and marketing purposes.  By agreeing to this you are opting in for promotional pictures of your event and ALL participants.

School Holidays Workshops 

Any cancellations or changes to the School Holiday Workshops bookings will need to be made online one week prior to the dates required for your child to attend. Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted after this date. If you have accidentally put an order through, we are more than happy to refund you within 48 hours. 

Prohibited Conduct Policy 

Finan Rose does not tolerate any type of workplace violence committed by or against our workers. For the purposes of this policy, our workplace extends to the premises at which we are providing entertainment and includes any and all communications such as phone calls, emails and text messages. Examples of such behavior include but are not limited to, being verbally abusive or making any kind of threat, yelling, swearing or speaking disrespectfully, displaying aggressive or hostile behavior that creates a reasonable fear of injury to another person or subjects another individual to emotional distress, intentionally damaging property or personal items, committing acts motivated by, or related to, sexual harassment, causing any type of physical injury to another person. 

 Limitations on Liability 

You agree that Finan Rose will not in any way be liable to you or to any other person for any damage, loss or injury suffered by yourself or any other persons while participating in the event, however such damage, loss or injury, may be caused, whether by our act, default, omission or negligence and you agree to indemnify Finan Rose in respect of such injury, loss or damage. 

Terms and Conditions Waiver

I hereby release and hold harmless Finan Rose, its directors and employees from any and all claims, causes of action suits, or liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fee) arising out of, or in connection with, any loss, personal injury, death, or other damage that I (or my child) may incur or suffer by reason or as a result of my enrollment or participation in classes, events, camps, or private lessons with Finan Rose. I expressly assume all risks.
