Booking Policy & Payments Workshops and Entertainment for Celebrations/Events 

We accept Venmo and major credit cards. A $300 deposit is due at the time of booking and final payment is due 14 days prior to your event date (an invoice will be sent through email with the remaining amount prior to the due date payment). All invoices must be paid in full up to 14 days prior to your event to guarantee Finan Rose LLC. attending your event. 

Rental of the CheerBoss Center at Plymouth Meeting Mall is a rental price of $100 for 2 hours with 30 minutes available for set up.

School Workshops 

We accept venmo and major credit cards. The ticket fee for the session chosen is due at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy All deposit payments are non-refundable. 

Workshops and Entertainment for Celebrations/Events 

If the full amount has been paid and there are more than 2 weeks before the event date, we can reschedule your event to another date suitable for you and the Finan Rose team. We are unable to refund within the 2 weeks before your event date. The full amount will be forfeited. We hope this never has to happen. If you have accidentally put an order through, we are more than happy to refund you within 48 hours. Pictures of the event will be taken and used for promotional and marketing purposes.  By agreeing to this you are opting in for promotional pictures of your event and ALL participants attending.

School Workshops 

Any cancellations or changes to the School Workshops bookings will need to be made online one week prior to the dates required for your child to attend. Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted after this date. If you have accidentally put an order through, we are more than happy to refund you within 48 hours. 

Return Policy

Because many of our products include curated materials and craft components, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 1 day of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
