Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and preparation before your order ships. Many of our kits are assembled by hand to ensure quality.

Processing times may vary during busy seasons or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and your location.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for verifying their shipping address at checkout. Finan & Rose is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information.

Digital Product Policy

Some Finan Rose products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase.

By purchasing a digital product from Finan & Rose, you agree to the following terms:

  • Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.

  • All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

  • Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds or cancellations are not available after purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct email address is entered at checkout in order to receive download instructions.
