1. What is a Finan Rose LLC mobile patch bar celebration?

A hands-on experience where each guest creates a personalized item such as a trucker hat, snack bag, crossbody bag, or sweatshirt using patches and embellishments. Every guest leaves with something they designed themselves.


 

2. What ages are your parties best for?

Our parties are most popular for children ages 6 and up, but we also create experiences for tweens, teens, adults, baby showers, bridal showers, and milestone celebrations like Bar and Bat Mitzvahs.

 

 

3. How long does a party last?

Most parties last between one and a half and two hours, including time for creating, socializing, meals, and photos.


 

4. Do you travel?

Yes! Finan Rose is a mobile celebration studio. We bring the craft experience to your home, venue, school, recreation center, or community event.


 

5. What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve families throughout Montgomery County and the surrounding Philadelphia suburbs. If you're outside our typical service area, reach out we're happy to discuss travel options.


 

6. What is included in the party package?

Each package includes setup, guided instruction, crafting materials, dessert, cleanup, and plenty of creative fun. Specific inclusions vary by package and can be found on our birthday party page.


 

7. Can every guest make something different?

Every party package is chosen prior to party day, so each child makes the same project. One of the best parts of a Finan Rose LLC party is that every creation is unique. We encourage kids and adults to express their own style.


 

8. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 6–12 weeks in advance. Spring and fall weekends fill especially quickly.


 

9. Do parents need to help?

Nope! We guide the activity so parents can relax, take photos, enjoy the celebration, or visit with guests.


 

10. How do I reserve my date?

Once we confirm availability, a signed agreement and retainer secure your party date.


 

11. What happens if I need to reschedule?

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll work with you based on our rescheduling policy.


 

12. Do you offer events other than birthday parties?

Each child party comes with 1 piece of artwear for each guest, and all materials needed to complete your artwear project. DIY cupcake decorating and swag bags for guests! All travel expenses up to 30 minutes included ($2.50 per mile after), full tablescape set up and removal with decor, all artwear projects are take-home on party day, curated for 6 to 10 guests, parties last between 1.5 and 2 hours. $25 per additional guest- The Creative PKG 1 / $45 per additional guest - The Signature PKG 2
